end-to-end creative production for a greenwich village dim sum restaurant — photography, poster design, menus, and content strategy.
a collection of writing from my undergraduate years, stylized as a playbill.
i like to tell people that i'm a designer, but really i'm a writer who designs. it is hard to describe what exactly design is to me, but the most succinct way to put it is that i enjoy telling stories. what am i trying to convey to the user? why add micro-interactions here and not there? what crazy weird thing do i need to account for? design, at its core, is just another way of telling a story.
when i'm not at a desk, i'm usually at the theatre, out with my dog luka, or finding new excuses to be in a coffee shop.
